Functional Range Conditioning

The functional range conditioning program was developed by Dr. Andreo Spina and is a world renowned, comprehensive joint training system. Many of us have been able to find training programs for our muscles but FRC is a program that specifically targets the strength of a joint and helps you become strong and stable in those usable patterns.

Mobility development is a staple in this program. This refers to the amount of active, usable motion that one possesses. If someone is more mobile, they are able to access more ranges of motion in a safe, efficient and effective way. This also allows us to build very robust joint strength along the way. And finally, the increased body control will allow us to move in a more efficiently over time which will lead to decreased injuries and pain while moving more in control.
